About
Adds ESO-like skyshards to the world(s). There's a 15% to 75% chance for one or more starshards to spawn in a landing area that has man-made structures (so most planets). Collect 3 shards and gain one skill point. Rinse and repeat. Only three shards can spawn on one planet. Starshards emit a beam of light, so finding one isn't that hard; be sure to look for the shards in all directions!
